The School Development Plan is the basis on which our school moves forward. It aims to build on the school’s strengths and support areas for development.
The starting point for the plan is to assess progress against previous targets. The process of self-evaluation, collecting data and the current situation is then used to prioritise targets for the year and beyond.
Local, County and National initiatives in education are taken into account, as well as views of parents, governors, staff and children.
All reports are shared with the Governing Body and form an integral part of the school self-evaluation cycle.
