Horsley School's Breakfast Club runs term time Monday to Friday from 7:45am - 8:45am.
A healthy breakfast is served daily and a number of activities are made available. The focus is on giving the opportunity to play traditional board games and take part in fun learning activities, as well as providing opportunities to complete homework where relevant. Children do not, however, have access to technology during this time. Sessions take place in the church hall and children are escorted to their classrooms for the start of the school day. The club is open to all children on roll at the school from Reception through to Year 6, and costs £5.95 per session, payable in advance by ParentPay. Booking is not necessary for Breakfast Club - just turn up on the day and sign in! Horsley School's After School Care runs term time Monday to Thursday from 3.15pm - 4.15pm and from 4.15pm - 5.15pm. Children may stay for an hour, or for the whole session of 2 hours. A simple tea (e.g. baked beans on toast, cheese on toast) is served during the first hour. During the session there are opportunities for children to play games, do puzzles or jigsaws and complete homework. The club is open to all children on roll at the school from Reception through to Year 6, and costs £5.95 per hourly session. A booking form is available (click on the blue button at the top of the page) and should be completed and handed in to the office by 12.00 noon on the Friday of the week preceding your booking, at the latest. Any forms submitted after this will be charged an extra £5.95 on top of the session(s) booked. |
