Latest news Due to disruption caused by Covid-19 the Department for Education (DfE) has given permission for schools to ‘carry over’ any under-spend from the academic year 2019/20 into this year 2020/21, but this must be spent and reported on by 31st March 2021.
We recognise the contribution of PE to the health and well-being of the children. We believe that an innovative, varied PE curriculum and extra-curricular opportunities have a positive influence on the concentration, attitude and academic achievement all our children.
Our aim is to foster enjoyment of sport for all children and provide a wealth of opportunities within the school curriculum, extra-curricular activities and to provide links with local clubs.
The government's sport grant is an essential asset to our school to supply high quality teaching, coaching and resources, and allow us to achieve our objectives.
